Meet Boris
Boris Nikolov is a registered architect based in Sydney with a focus on thoughtful residential design and renovation.
Earlier in his career, he worked on large apartment developments with companies including Mirvac. This experience provided a detailed understanding of how apartment buildings are designed, structured, and serviced.
Today, Boris works directly with homeowners to improve the functionality and character of their homes. His work often focuses on rethinking layouts, making better use of space, and finding design solutions that feel both practical and carefully considered.
He believes successful renovations come from a clear understanding of how people live in their homes, combined with careful attention to the constraints and opportunities of each building.

We begin with a consultation to discuss your project, your priorities, and the possibilities for your home.
2 — Project Brief
Following the consultation, Boris prepares a short personalised booklet summarising your design brief and outlining potential directions for the project. If you’d like to proceed, we move forward from here.
3 — On-Site Visit & Measure-Up
We schedule a site visit to measure your space accurately and note specific details about your home. We'll also review a simple agreement outlining scope and fees.
4 — Design Development
This stage involves developing the design, refining the layout, and preparing drawings for approvals and construction.
